1. 应用性质与使用范围

Hermes Agent 是 dispatcher.cc 域名所有者的个人自动化集成，仅供本人使用，不向其他人提供账号、订阅或商业服务。本网站只公开应用说明及政策，不是公众登录入口，也不是 Google 或 Hermes 项目的官方网站。

This is a personal automation integration used only by the owner of dispatcher.cc. It offers no public accounts, subscriptions or commercial service. This informational website is not a public sign-in portal or an official Google or Hermes project website.

2. 授权与操作边界

应用仅能在 Google 实际授予的权限范围内执行本人配置的任务，包括文件上传及表格的创建、读取和更新。本人应仅处理有权访问和使用的数据，并在运行前确认目标文件、表格范围、执行频率及预期操作。

本网站没有授权按钮或回调接口。Google 授权流程由本人实际使用的连接工具发起，不应把本主页地址直接当作 OAuth 回调地址。

Tasks must remain within granted Google permissions and the owner's instructions. Use only data the owner is entitled to access, and confirm targets, ranges, schedules and actions. This website has no authorization or callback endpoint; authorization is initiated by the actual connector. Do not use the homepage as an OAuth redirect URI.

3. 自动化与 AI 输出

定时任务可能在本人不在线时继续运行。部分任务会调用本人选择的第三方 AI 服务，数据处理方式见 隐私政策。AI 输出可能存在错误、遗漏或不准确内容，应在用于重要决定或覆盖原始资料前进行核对。

请保留必要备份，对覆盖、删除、共享等可能产生重要影响的操作设置适当确认，不应仅凭未经核验的自动化输出作出高风险决定。

Scheduled tasks may run while the owner is offline. Some tasks use third-party AI services as described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be checked before important decisions or overwriting source material. Keep backups and appropriate confirmations for consequential changes.

4. 第三方服务与可用性

Google、Cloudflare 及本人选择的 AI 服务商分别提供相关服务，使用时应遵守各自适用的条款和政策。网络、服务配额、授权撤销、令牌失效或服务商调整可能导致任务中断；本个人应用不承诺连续可用、固定完成时间或结果无误。

将 Google OAuth 应用切换为生产状态，不表示本应用获得 Google 背书，也不保证授权令牌永久有效。

Google, Cloudflare and selected AI providers operate their own services under their applicable terms. Network issues, quotas, revoked access, expired tokens or provider changes may interrupt tasks. This personal integration makes no uptime, completion-time or accuracy guarantee. OAuth production status is not a Google endorsement or a promise of permanent token validity.

5. 停止使用与数据清理

本人可以停用任务、撤销 Google 授权并删除本地保存的凭据。停止任务或撤销授权不会自动删除已上传文件、表格、缓存、备份或第三方已经处理的数据；应按 隐私政策中的删除说明分别处理。

Stop tasks, revoke Google access and remove stored credentials to discontinue use. Existing files, spreadsheets, caches, backups and provider-held data are not automatically erased; follow the deletion steps in the Privacy Policy.

6. 更新与联系

本说明应随应用功能和数据处理方式的变化同步更新。如果未来向其他人开放，需先重新评估使用条款、隐私披露、访问控制及 Google 的适用验证要求。
